We follow the FIFO, FEFO, LIFO strategy in all stages of management according to specific indications and the expected agreement with our customer. The warehouse management system constantly monitors inventory at every step of the process, always remaining updated and available to the customer at any time and in real-time.

When an order is entered into the warehouse management system (WMS), a work order is created for the warehouse (via special scanners) that specifies the quantities and storage locations of each ordered item. Our specialized team collects the products from their designated locations. We adapt the picking process according to the type, characteristics of the products, and the need for speed of service. Thus, we are always ready to respond to any required picking model, even for very large volumes with great complexity and a wide variety of different codes. The warehouse management software we use and our experienced pickers are the mechanisms of our guarantee!

After verifying the inventory, our team collects the products of each order and prepares them for shipment. We understand the importance of proper packaging to ensure that products remain safe during transport and are delivered intact to the recipient. Our packaging equipment, including specialized machines in each storage area, an organized internal packaging station, and the selection of the most suitable packaging materials such as specially shaped boxes, air void bags, bubble wrap, expanded polystyrene, etc., ensure the protection of products and the preservation of packaging until their delivery.

Every order prepared for shipment includes procedural execution stages. Our software system, with its extensive control capabilities, allows us to perform quality control at every stage of the process using the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) methodology. This way, we maintain a high level of accuracy and correctness of execution while minimizing the margin of error and mistakes.

Daily random sampling of inventory for control purposes. Scheduled annual, semi-annual, or more frequent (periodic) inventories in consultation with the customer, with the presence of certified auditors.

Through our advanced information system, we continuously monitor all processes of our services with comprehensive recording of all data for the purpose of issuing accurate statistical data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). After clearly defining performance goals with the customer, we select the appropriate indicators (KPIs) that best reflect these goals. We provide the customer with a detailed report with full transparency at each stage of the process.
