The Project Development team ensures the smooth and balanced cooperation of all involved parties, personnel, and partners, analyzes in depth all the project data on a financial and qualitative level and designs a structured action plan. Depending on the needs of the project, the Project Development team determines the strategy and planning in all of the departments involved.
