To develop our plan, we have undertaken a thorough assessment and evaluation of all potential risks. Simultaneously, we provide training to our staff at all levels to equip them with the knowledge of how to address these risks.

The best evidence of our effective organization is the continuous operation of all our facilities and services during the COVID-19 lockdowns, especially during the strict lockdown in March-May 2020, which caught societies worldwide off guard.
